Kodiak Beach El Jebel, CO
Nvision Design Studio, Inc. was hired to prepare several sketches for this proposed beach project located within the Tree Farm development in El Jebel, Colorado. The sketches convey graphic simulations of a proposed swimming area, dock, passive beach area, additional landscape screening, and a maintenance/storage shed located on the north shore of Kodiak Lake. The beach will attract owners and guests of the Tree Farm development to this wonderful amenity and will provide a relaxing environment to take in the sun and beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

City of Fruita Livability Initiative Fruita, CO |
"Nvision Design has been great to work with – Rob goes the extra mile to research what you want, layout concepts and designs and overall he manages projects extremely well."
Ture Nycum - Parks and Recreation Director, City of Fruita |
The City of Fruita is working on a Livability Initiative and has been designated as an Age-Friendly Community by AARP but must do some work to maintain that designation, namely we need to have some community discussion about the 8 domains of livability and create a report on areas we would like to improve in the future. See: https://www.aarp.org/livable-communities/network-age-friendly-communities/info-2015/8-domains-of-livability-resources.html for more details. To accomplish this, Nvision Design Studio was hired to put together five presentation boards to be created with this information on it to provide an overall description of the City’s efforts and to present the 8 domains with graphics and photos from the Fruita community such as of housing, transportation, social participation, etc.

"These are fantastic! I am very impressed. I really like the quality and the design of the building as well as the drawing itself. Very good work, I would like to use Nvision Design Studio again on future projects of this type."
Jeffery Fleming - Colorado Land Advisor, Ltd. |
This project located in downtown Grand Junction began with the conceptual design and rendering for a 5-story building proposed to be constructed in the future on the southeast corner of 4th and Rood. The graphics were used for marketing and investor attraction.
